Line cook-must be able to work all stations in the kitchen

Independently owned and operated restaurant looking to hire the best cooks in Denver. Before you apply for this position please ask your self the following questions. First, what does it mean to be professional? Can you stay focused under pressure? Can you work all stations? What are your strengths and what part of your game needs improvement? Can you cook for a brand? Can you cook under pressure? Do you get along with others? Do you like being on a team?

The menu at my restaurant is seasonal? We cook rustic food with soul? I want passionate cooks. I need a grill cook who makes it look easy. I need my saut cook who wants to get crushed every night. And I want to pay you an excellent wage to do this.

Here we all prep, we all cook, and we all clean and we all do dishes.

If interested in joining this team please send a cover letter and resume along with references. Line cooks work 35 hours a week on average and make $25 an hour to start.
