Job Details

We are looking for an experienced, dedicated sous chef to join this unique project who will become an integral part of its success. The ideal candidate will have 3 years experience in a Michelin starred restaurant and self-motivated leadership skills.

In addition to a solid foundation of culinary skills, team management, and strong work ethic, applicants must:

  • be comfortable interacting and conversing with guests in a respectful and professional manner.
  • have full time availability.
  • adhere to strict grooming and cleanliness standards.
