  • Collaborate with the Head Chef in menu planning, recipe development, and execution of dishes.
  • Assist in the supervision and training of kitchen staff to ensure they meet high-quality standards.
  • Oversee food preparation, cooking, and plating to ensure consistency and adherence to recipes.
  • Manage inventory, order supplies, and ensure proper storage of perishables to minimize waste.
  • Monitor and maintain kitchen equipment for optimal performance and safety.
  • Enforce health and safety regulations, ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
  • Support in creating specials, and seasonal menus, while considering dietary restrictions and preferences.
  • Act as a liaison between the kitchen and front-of-house staff to facilitate smooth service.
