The ideal candidate will have experience as a General Manager or Operations Lead leading a team and managing the daily operation of the business. They will be responsible for maintaining the standard of work from employees as well as onboarding and hiring new team members.

Qualifications
- Experience as a General Manager or Operations Lead at a fast-paced, high volume restaurant
- Management and Customer Service experience Strong administrative skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead
- Comfort working with budgets, payroll, revenue and forecasting Strong communications skills
- 3 + years leadership experience
- Must have or be able to obtain valid local and/or state Food Handler and Alcohol Server/Seller permits.
- Possess a passion for hospitality and a proven track record of creating world-class hospitality experiences.
- Thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
