The River Café is hiring a professional Bartender, with a minimum of 1 year bartending experience.
The River Café is a fine dining restaurant located beneath the Brooklyn Bridge in Dumbo, Brooklyn. The restaurant continues to be celebrated for over four decades for its culinary attributes and exceptional wine and beverage program.
Our bar offers a seasonal cocktail menu featuring local spirits and distillers.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Extensive knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, wines and cocktail trends in addition to having a strong understanding of the restaurant menu.
- Professional appearance, proper uniform and pleasant demeanor.
- Maintain, clean and restock bar throughout service.
- Knowledge of local spirits, brewers and distillers.
- Ensure that bar inventory is replenished and properly stocked.
This is a part-time position. We are open Wednesday through Sunday for dinner service and all major holidays.
