Under the guidance of two award winning chefs- Long Shot Hospitality chef Kyle Bailey and Texas native and Top chef winner Gabe Erales- we’re taking Tex Mex and breathing fresh air into it without compromising the warm comforting memories most people associate with sizzling platters and good times margaritas.

Our bar teams work hard, take pride in what we do, treat our guests like friends, and have fun while doing it! We have a reputation at our bars for building very strong and loyal regular neighborhood followings and so we are actively looking for bar professionals to join this bar team who will be focused on doing the same in our newest venue. Ideal candidates have both fine dining and high volume experience; are reliable, efficient and organized; are excellent TEAM players, and truly enjoy providing memorable guest experiences. Candidates bring a positive and professional approach to the position and possess a genuine passion and enthusiasm for hospitality and the restaurant business.

The Ometeo beverage program boasts a creative but approachable cocktail program alongside an eclectic wine list and an excellent craft beer list and of course an eye catching agave spirits lists of tequila and mezcal. 

Desired Qualifications:

• Ideally 1-2 years of relevant high volume/upscale bartending experience
• Basic professional level of knowledge of cocktails and spirits, food, and wine service
• TIPS or other alcohol service training a plus!
• Positive attitude and friendly disposition
• Professional, punctual, reliable
• Team oriented mindset 
• Minimum of three shifts of availability
• Must be comfortable being on your feet for extended periods of time and working both indoors and outdoors
