The Restaurant
Francie is located in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Francie enjoys a coveted location in south Williamsburg on a sun-lit corner of Broadway & Bedford. With a sophisticated yet relaxed atmosphere, Francie offers the perfect blend of neighbourhood style and luxury. Francie is located mere steps from the nascent Williamsburg waterfront.
The BARBACK'S role is to ensure the bar runs smoothly by supporting the bartenders and keeping the bar area clean and tidy. Barbacks may also interact with customers. Responsibilities can vary but some common tasks include:
- Stocking: Keeping the bar stocked with liquor, glasses, napkins, juice, and other items
- Cleaning: Cleaning bar and bar surfaces, including spills and broken glasses
- Refilling: Refilling ice wells, garnishes, and beverages
- Organizing: Organizing the counter and glassware
- Other tasks: Helping with bar guests, washing glassware, and removing trash
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of service experience, be able to handle a high volume/fine dining environment and should have a general food and service knowledge.
