Become a integrated part of a brand new bakery opening iin greenpoint,
You will report directly to the Executive Pastry Chef to assist in executing a range of bakery items and overseeing the viennoisserie program, MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH LAMINTATION AND SHAPING various viennoisseries We need someone with a "yes, chef" mentality who will do any job required, but most importantly someone who is a team player and has a positive attitude. We are a close knit team and work together to create a positive and fun working environment so finding someone with the same can do and positive attitude is of the utmost importance.
This is a good opportunity for someone early in their career to get in on the ground floor with a highly accomplished Executive Pastry Chef building a unique and compelling program. We have a profit sharing model and employees have the option to opt-in after 1 year with the business.
