Hoosier Mama Pie Company is looking for a talented, detail oriented baker to join our amazing Evanston Crew. At least one year previous bakery or kitchen experience required.

Duties include making pastry creams and curds, making and rolling pie doughs, assembling sweet and savory pies, prepping fresh fruit for pie production, topping and finishing pies, making muffins and scones, and making sure the pies and pastries represent our standards.
Must be able to work cleanly and efficiently. Successful candidates will work well independently and in a team, learn and grow enthusiastically in their craft, and help those around them do the same.

The schedule is four ten-hour shifts per week. One weekend day and one early morning shift are required.
