Job Summary:
The Security Guest Services position at Outset plays a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of all guests, staff, and property during live entertainment events. This position requires a strong commitment to customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle various security-related tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Hours:

• Ability to work flexible hours *Weekends preferred 

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service to all guests by assisting with inquiries, providing directions, and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
• Monitor access points and ensure only authorized individuals enter designated areas.
• Identify and respond to any prohibited items, ensuring compliance with venue policies.
• Act promptly and effectively during emergency situations, following established protocols and procedures.
• Handle conflicts or disruptive behavior among guests in a calm and professional manner.
• Report incidents and observations accurately and promptly.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in security, customer service, or a related field preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions in high-pressure situations.
• Physical fitness and ability to stand for extended periods.
• Knowledge of emergency response procedures.
• Certification in CPR and First Aid is a plus.

Working Conditions:
The Security Guest Services position involves working evenings, weekends, and holidays, depending on the event schedule. The role may require standing for extended periods and responding to emergencies in various weather conditions.
