Front of House Manager

Frankies Spuntino Group is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic  Front of House Manager to join our team. 

This leadership role will manage all aspects of Front of House restaurant operations. The ideal candidate will exhibit exceptional leadership and communication skills, proactive problem-solving, unwavering integrity, and a genuine enjoyment of interacting with people. They will inspire their team to craft memorable dining experiences to drive operational excellence and sustained growth.

You Should Have:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a leadership position at a restaurant
• Expert food and beverage knowledge (WSET a plus) 
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict management abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to teach and mentor employees
• Outstanding communication and organizational skills with proficiency in Google Docs
• Flexible work schedule with ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• NY Food Handler’s Certificate a plus
• English Fluency, Spanish knowledge is a plus
• The ability to meet the physical demands for this position, including: seeing, hearing, speaking, reaching, frequently lifting up to 25 pounds, occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for long periods, bending, and moving intermittently during working hours.
