We’re a mom & pop restaurant group with local roots, and a dynamic, fast-paced collaborative working style.
About You:
You have a genuine and authentic love of the restaurant business, food is and always has been a key part of your life. We are looking for an individual that is always “of service” to staff, guests, vendors and all stakeholders of the restaurant. Someone who has a full understanding of not only the service side of the business but also operations and has a keen eye for always improving the overall performance of the restaurant. You take pride of ownership in your work and thrive on being a mentor to your staff and an inspiring presence to our many regular guests. You enjoy growth and development, whether it’s your own or providing it for your team. You rely on building systems to help organize and run the restaurant.
Requirements:
- 5+ years as a senior manager in an independently owned restaurant or reputable group
- Exceptional dining room skills with the goal and intent each shift to touch every table during service.
- A skilled problem solver who views challenges as part of daily operations and not hardships to be avoided.
- Ability to train and develop management staff
- Mature, drama-free and committed to maintaining high standards.
- Strong understanding of restaurant marketing.
- A 50 hour work week, 5 days a week
