JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Be a part of the pastry production team that is creating beautiful pastry and dessert hotel-wide (Wythe Hotel Pastry Amenities, Le Crocodile, Bar Blondeau, Wythe Hotel Events) -Evening events preparation, dessert plating, and wedding cake assembling and cutting -Meet or exceed the expectations of the organization, as set by the Executive Pastry Chef -Maintain a clean and organized work space daily
-Maintain and monitor quality of goods
-Prepare and bake a variety of products according to established formulas and health and safety regulations
-Help with inventory maintenance, and be able to alert a manager when goods need to be ordered
-Must be available to work nights and weekends, and holidays and be flexible in their schedule -Be adaptable and be an excellent problem solver

-Continue to grow and expand your knowledge and skills, and apply those skills towards the pastry department
-Be proactive in your job duties, and always look for ways to improve your performance and the department
