Primary Objective:
As a Pastry Sous Chef, you'll be the right hand to our Pastry Head Chef, steering our pastry team to new heights. Your mission? To craft unforgettable dessert experiences while maintaining top-notch food quality, cost control, and profitability. All within the vibrant and dynamic environment of aqua London.

Key Responsibilities:
- Quality Champion: Assist the Pastry Head Chef in delivering exceptional pastry creations that tantalize taste buds and exceed market standards.
- Recipe Guru: Adhere to and elevate aqua London's standards of food quality, preparation, recipes, and presentation.
- Inventory Maestro: Ensure all stations are well-stocked and staffed to perfection.
- Plating Perfectionist: Supervise the setup and presentation of menu items, ensuring they look as good as they taste.
- Flavour Savant: Oversee seasonings, portions, and the visual appeal of all pastry items.
- Waste Warrior: Properly store unused food to minimize waste and maximize quality.
- Team Collaborator: Work closely with Pastry Chefs to maintain preparation and delivery schedules, ensuring consistent food quality.
- Safety Champion: Uphold and enforce stringent safety, hygiene, and sanitation practices.
- Procurement Partner: Assist in checking and ordering fresh and dry ingredients needed for the kitchen.
