**Job Title:** Executive Chef

As we continue to grow, we're seeking an exceptional Executive Chef with a passion for Thai and Southeast Asian cuisine to lead our dynamic team.

**Compensation:**

- Salary: $100,000 - $115,000 annually

- Paid Time Off: 12 days, with an additional day earned for each year of service

**Qualifications:**

- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Head Chef or Culinary Director

- Proven track record in high-volume restaurants with annual revenue exceeding $8 million

- Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach and the ability to lead by example

- Solid understanding of restaurant economics and financial management

- Availability to work on holidays and weekends

- Commitment to a work schedule of 5 days per week, totaling 55-60 hours

- Thai or Southeast Asian culinary experience preferred, but not required

- Intermediate proficiency in Spanish preferred, but not required

**Responsibilities:**

- Lead and inspire the culinary team to consistently deliver exceptional dining experiences

- Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, presentation, and sanitation

- Manage inventory, food costs, and labor expenses to achieve financial targets

- Collaborate with management to develop innovative menu items that align with the restaurant’s vision

- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting professional growth and development within the team
