Salary: $85,000 -$95,000

We are working with them to hire a Pastry Chef to join their talented culinary team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a variety of exquisite desserts, managing the pastry section of the kitchen, and ensuring the highest quality of pastry products. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with team members to develop new pastry menus. You will also be responsible for managing payroll for the pastry/culinary team and scheduling labor based on business activity, ensuring all positions are staffed as needed while controlling labor costs and adjusting staffing based on volume and demand.
Ideal Pastry Chef candidate:
- 4+ years experience of culinary pastry management
- You are a master at pastry cooking techniques and understand all flavors with open mind
- You are a people person who has great communication skills
- Highly organized and self-motivated leader
- Genuine passion for pastry and dedication to creating delicious desserts
