Job Details

Cork Wine Bar & Market, a comfortable and award-winning neighborhood restaurant, wine and specialty food store is located on the restaurant row of Washington, DC's 14th Street is looking for experienced Bartender to assist managing its bar and mixology program. This is a full time position working Evening and Weekend Hours. A successful candidates will have past experience in the hospitality community and a good familiarity with Old World (European) wines. She/he will also bring a strong mixology background with them as they will have the opportunity to add their own signature to the existing cocktail program.

The ideal candidate will also have past bar and or restaurant management experience, including inventory management.

We are looking for candidates with good interpersonal skills, ability to multi-task and are team oriented. Most of all the right candidate will have the temperament to learn and pass knowledge onto other staff.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $33.00 - $42.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
