Summary
We're seeking a talented and personable Bartender to join our team at Oliver's. If you have a passion for mixology, enjoy interacting with guests, and excel in a fast-paced environment, this is the position for you!
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and guest requests.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar station.
- Take drink orders from guests and servers, providing recommendations and information about the menu.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently.
- Interact with guests in a friendly and engaging manner, creating a positive experience.
- Uphold responsible alcohol service standards.
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking and ordering supplies.
Qualifications
- Previous bartending experience.
- Knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, spirits, and bar techniques.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basset & Food Safe certified.
