The Lambs Club is seeking an enthusiastic bartender with a passion for the industry. The ideal candidate is studied, precise, and possesses a desire to evolve. Must be up to date on industry trends, and has knowledge and understanding of the current cocktail scene. This role could turn into a head bartender position for the right candidate.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an upscale cocktail bar or restaurant.
- In depth knowledge of spirits, cocktails, wines.
- Experience in making syrups, garnishes, and clarifying cocktails.
- Must have full availability (Nights, weekends, holidays)
- A strong work ethic is a must.
- Team player mentality – must be able to work well with others.
- Professional demeanor, positive attitude, polished appearance with the ability to exceed our guests' expectations.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills and be able to multitask.
- Ability to understand and speak about menu items.
- Maintain composure during busy times.
- Punctuality is a must.
