We are seeking an experienced part-time temporary host to work Tuesday, Saturday and be on call for Wednesday for our clients ’hotel rooftop. . Someone who is experienced and can step in to help with minimal supervision. We are seeking someone who is polished, confident, composed, and friendly with a strong customer service orientation. You will help provide an enjoyable dining experience by ensuring that customers have everything they need!

You are the first impression guests will receive! A good host or hostess can instill a sense of confidence in customers in the sense that they feel confident about the fact they have chosen to eat at the selected restaurant! Establishment

• Assist with meeting, greeting and seating restaurant guests.
• Answering calls and responding to voice mails in a cheerful professional manner
• Ensure tables are prepared for the next guest.
• Problem solving skills to resolve issues.
• Ability to multi-task calmly in a busy stressful environment
• Offering thorough information about services to guests.
• Communicating with the kitchen or management on guest needs

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Prior customer service experience in the hospitality industry.
• Positive attitude and interpersonal skills.
• Good communication skills and phone etiquette.
• Flexibility when working alternating shifts.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
