Job Details
Chef Brad Kilgore the owner and Culinary Director of Kilgore Culinary Group is looking for a driven talented Sous Chef to join his new projects located in the iconic Transamerica Pyramid Center in San Francisco. Chef Kilgore is known as a highly precise and creative Chef with an emphasis on technique with quality and local sourcing.

There will be multiple opportunities to grow within the company, this will be based on experience and performance. We are looking for a team player and leader that wants to add to the program and be a part of a learning and teaching environment.

Compensation Details

Compensation: Salary ($80,000.00 - $90,000.00)

Kilgore Culinary Group is a South Florida-based hospitality group founded by celebrated chef Bradley Kilgore. Alter, an American restaurant located in Miami, Wynwood neighborhood, was the first restaurant in Kilgore Culinary’s portfolio opening in the summer of 2015. In 2016, Alter was named a semifinalist in the Best New Restaurants category of the prestigious James Beard Awards and earned Kilgore Best New Chef nominations, two years in a row. At the end of 2018, Kilgore and his team will expand the Kilgore Culinary brand to Miami’s Design District with Kaido, a sleek Asian restaurant and lounge, which will be joined by another concept, Ember, in early 2019.
