TITLE: DELIVERY DRIVER
REPORTS TO: HEAD BAKER
FLSA: NON-EXEMPT
POSITION SUMMARY: The delivery driver is energetic, hard-working and team oriented. They assist with daily bread deliveries in Chicago and Chicagoland suburbs.
Expected shift hours will be is 5 PM-12AM, 5 days a week, Monday – Sunday. (PQB is a production bakery open 7 days a week. The schedule may include holiday and weekend shifts, based on business needs.)

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Maintains a cheerful, courteous disposition and a neat, clean and professional image
- Has knowledge of the geography, streets, and traffic patterns of Chicago
- Possesses strong time management skills to ensure that each delivery is dropped off efficiently and on time
- Delivers catered/wholesale/regular menu food to its correct location and at the correct time
- Maintains catered product integrity throughout delivery
- Maintains a clean driving record while working for One Off Hospitality and is subject to a driving record review every 6 months
- Maintains a cooperative effort, team spirit and good morale with co-workers and customers
- Follows all safety regulations and precautions
- Keeps immediate supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance
- Must be able to tolerate potential allergens: peanut products, egg, dairy, gluten, soy, seafood and shellfish
- Adheres to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
Minimum Qualifications (Education, Experience, Skills)
- High School Diploma or GED graduate
- Food Handler Certification required
- Ability to handle stress under pressure
- Must be in possession of a clean driving record (must bring a copy to the interview)
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
Physical Demands and Work Environment
- Ability to be flexible with job demands and open minded when being asked to complete tasks
- Ability to operate and use all equipment necessary to run the restaurant
- Ability to move or handle equipment throughout the restaurant generally weighing 0-50 pounds
- Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates
- Ability to stand for up to 8-10 hours a day
