Parachute HiFi is a new evolution of Parachute restaurant opened in 2015. Parachute HiFi will serve creative, casual Korean-American bar cuisine, a non-traditional cocktail program, global natural wines, and beer in a fun music-driven environment.
We are looking for a Sous Chef who is passionate about Korean cuisine and has both great technical skills in the kitchen, but also great soft skills like empowering the team, organization, and communication. Our kitchen team will have a lot of influence in the beverage program as well.
