What We Offer: At The Wells, we've embraced a unique pay model to offer a higher hourly rate, independent of gratuity. Our aim is to create a more equitable pay structure where service and kitchen team members are compensated equally. As a bartender, you'll earn $21 per hour plus 8% of pooled food and beverage bar sales, and a 5% commission from our beverage cloud (divided among bartenders working the shift). Gratuities left by guests are shared among all front and back-of-house team members based on hours worked.
