Sally is seeking a sous chef to join our team!

We are a small neighborhood restaurant serving pizza, small format plates, and natural wine in Fitler Square. We make as much as we can from scratch, and our small menu highlights local produce and producers.

Responsibilities include:

Prepping for service during the day and planning for prep the next day
Receiving orders
Keeping an organized walk in and dry storage
Working a station or otherwise helping the line cooks during service
Closing or opening (not both) the kitchen in the absence of the Executive Chef
Practicing proper food safety

What we look for:

2 years of experience in a professional kitchen
Experience with pizza (wood-fired or otherwise)
Proficiency with basic sauces, doughs, butchery, seasonality, and knife work
Creativity
Attention to detail
Team-players
