Our chef/owner has worked in some of the most heralded kitchens in the world, but has stepped back from fine dining to bring something different to NYC- a relaxed neighboorhood restaurant that showcases the highest quality food, drinks, and service. Our cocktails are rooted in classics, but are distinctly different. Our food is recognizable, but uses interesting ingredients and perfect technique to execute. Our wine list is dynamic, eclectic, and fun. The only thing we're missing is you!
As a bartender, you are expected to have a firm grasp on classic cocktails, as well as a deep knowledge of spirits and the bar scene in NYC. Wine knowledge is a plus.
Qualified applicants will:
-Have at least 3 years of restaurant experience and at least 1 year of bartending experience
-Want to provide the ultimate guest experience
-Be energetic, enthusiastic, and positive
-Be self-motivated.
