Exciting times ahead here at Aqua Restaurant Group, as we are opening a dual new restaurant in NYC this year - the biggest restaurant opening of 2024 in The Big Apple

With the Italian fleur, we will be opening a restaurant with the freshest produce from Italy, vibrant & buzzy atmosphere with live DJs in the evening & weekend brunches as well as a Japanese restaurant with lots of cocktail choices

Key Responsibilities:

  • Culinary Visionary: Lead the kitchen in creating extraordinary dishes that captivate and delight our guests. Your passion for culinary excellence will be the cornerstone of our menu.
  • Menu Mastery: Craft and evolve a menu that reflects local, seasonal, and national trends. Bring fresh, exciting ideas to the table, and ensure every dish is a masterpiece.
  • Leadership and Team Building: Inspire and manage a talented team, ensuring all stations are expertly staffed and efficiently run. Your guidance will foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence.
  • Quality and Consistency: Oversee every detail of food preparation, seasoning, portioning, and presentation. Your meticulous attention to detail will ensure each dish is perfect and every guest leaves impressed.
  • Operational Efficiency: Control budgets, manage payroll expenses, and optimize food storage to minimize waste. Your operational acumen will ensure a smooth, profitable kitchen.
  • Health and Safety Champion: Enforce rigorous safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards. Your commitment to a safe kitchen environment will protect both guests and staff.
