Job Details

Prestgious restaurant group is seeking an experiencedf GM to help them open and run 2 neighborhood Italitan restaurants in the DT area of NYC.
GM must have experience opening restaurants and running multiple restaurants
You will be responsible for :
Hiring/Firing/Promoting
Training
Customer complaints
Helping boost sales
Help the restaurant become the "IT" place of the neighborhood.
Submiting payroll
P&L analysis
Salary commensurate with experience

Compensation Details

Compensation: Salary ($80,000.00 - $100,000.00)
