Exciting times ahead here at Aqua Restaurant Group, as we are opening a dual new restaurant in NYC this year - the biggest restaurant opening of 2024 in The Big Apple

With the Italian fleur, we will be opening a restaurant with the freshest produce from Italy, vibrant & buzzy atmosphere with live DJs in the evening & weekend brunches as well as a Japanese restaurant with lots of cocktail choices

Primary Objective:

As our Head Chef, you will be the visionary leader of our kitchen, ensuring every dish is a testament to the finest Italian cuisine. Your role will be pivotal in delivering exceptional food quality while maximizing guest satisfaction and profitability, all in alignment with AQUA's esteemed guidelines and service concepts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Culinary Excellence: Elevate our menu with your expertise in Italian cuisine, ensuring every dish is a perfect blend of tradition and innovation. Your culinary creations will captivate and delight our guests.
  • Menu Mastery: Develop and refine menus that showcase the richness of Italian flavors, incorporating modern techniques and seasonal ingredients. Your passion for simplicity and quality will shine through in every dish.
  • Team Leadership: Inspire and manage a talented culinary team, ensuring each station is staffed with skilled professionals and fully stocked with top-quality ingredients. Foster a collaborative and dynamic kitchen environment.
