Acclaimed chef-driven restaurant is seeking a Restaurant Manager with impeccable service standards to join their team. The ideal candidate is a polished, dedicated leader with a background in respected, high-pedigree restaurants, who can be hands on during service with the team and when engaging with guests. This new concept features extremely high-quality menu offerings in a more approachable, upscale casual setting. Looking for someone coming from at least 1-2 years of experience in respected upscale or fine dining restaurants, with a high level of emotional intelligence and strong interpersonal & leadership skills. Manager Responsibilities:
- Oversee the FOH team
- Perform all aspects of the job with a high level of professionalism and integrity
- Establish positive work culture
- Ensure the team is well educated on menu items
- Provide Support for GM in a positive manner
- Maintain cooperative relationships with all vendors, business partners, and staff
- Encourage opportunities for the team to learn and grow
- Continually strive to educate and develop of staff as it relates to food, beverage, and service
- Ensure stellar guest experience in all areas
- Solve any guest issues in a timely and appropriate manner
- Assess employee performance and providing helpful feedback and training opportunities
- Ensure quality and consistency of all products served
- Ensure all equipment is kept clean and in excellent working condition.
- Be knowledgeable of restaurant policies regarding personnel and deliver prompt, fair and consistent corrective action for any and all violations of company policies, rules and procedures.
- Fully understand and comply with all federal, state, county and municipal regulations that pertain to health, safety, and labor requirements
Manager Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-2 years as a Restaurant Manager, Floor Manager, Floor Supervisor, Restaurant Supervisor, Service Manager, Dining Room Manager, FOH Manager or comparable hospitality management role in an upscale or fine dining restaurant concept
- High service pedigree is required
- Background in Michelin and/or James Beard recognized restaurants is highly preferred
- Passion for food and beverage

Compensation Package Includes:
- Base Salary in the $65-80k range DOE
