The commissary prepares all breads and viennoiseruies for the Epicerie Boulud locations and all of our NY restaurants.Responsibilities include shaping and baking baguettes and all breads and viennoiseries, cleaning machinery; preparing ingredients.
Candidates must have a passion for bread baking, strong communication skills, a sense of urgency, the ability to take direction and lift up to 50 lbs, with a pleasant demeanor and availability for overnight shifts.

Compensation: Hourly ($20.00 - $24.00)
