We are seeking experienced and passionate bussers to launch our bustling 400-seat French brasserie located in Grand Central Station. Our restaurant offers French cuisine and a vibrant dining atmosphere across breakfast, lunch, and dinner services.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Preparing the dining area before service, including setting tables 
2. Quickly and thoroughly clearing and resetting tables between guests, maintaining a constant state of readiness for new diners.
3. Replenishing water, bread, and other items throughout the meal, anticipating guest needs in a busy environment.
4. Assisting servers by running food when necessary, contributing to prompt and efficient service.
5. Maintaining cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including wiping down tables, chairs, and booths.
6. Stocking service stations with necessary supplies such as napkins, utensils, and condiments.
7. Supporting the dishwashing team by properly sorting and stacking dishes, glassware, and utensils.
8. Adhering to health and safety regulations in both the dining room and kitchen areas.
9. Performing closing duties, including cleaning and preparing the restaurant for the next day's service.

The ideal candidate should possess:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and navigate a busy dining room
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Capable of lifting and carrying up to 30 pounds
• Dexterity to handle multiple dishes and trays
