Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Exceed guests’ expectations by providing an authentic, friendly, enthusiastic, professional culinary experience paired with impeccable service and a genuine sense of hospitality.
- Recommend drink orders and prepare a wide variety of beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, wines, and beers, according to established recipes and customer preferences while maintaining a clean organized workspace.
- Participate in the research and development of cocktails creations in collaboration with the entire bar team.
- Engage with guests, making recommendations, answering questions, and providing information about our menu and offerings.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and serving staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery, while maintaining quality standards.
-Upsell and promote new products, events, and promotions to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor, even during busy and demanding periods.
Skills & Requirements:
-One year prior experience as a bartender in an establishment focused on craft cocktails is preferred.
-Knowledge of mixology, including an understanding of classic cocktails and the ability to create innovative and unique drinks.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members.
-Knowledge of health and safety regulations and the ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards.
-Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
