**Position:** Assistant General Manager

**Job Summary:**
As the Assistant General Manager at Civico 2064, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our new Los Feliz location. You will work closely with the Owner/General Manager to uphold our high standards of service, maintain operational efficiency, and foster a positive and welcoming atmosphere for both guests and staff. **Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, staff management, and inventory control.
- Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving complaints, and maintaining a welcoming environment.
- Supervise, train, and mentor staff to ensure consistent high-quality service and adherence to restaurant policies and procedures.
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and sales analysis, to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for both guests and staff, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, promoting teamwork, communication, and professional growth.

**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in a management or supervisory role within the restaurant industry, preferably in a high-volume setting.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.

- Outstanding customer service skills and a commitment to providing a memorable dining experience.
- Knowledge of Italian cuisine and culture is a plus.
