Jon & Vinny's Fairfax is looking for talented Sous Chefs to join our growing team!
Candidates must be comfortable in a high-volume and open kitchen setting. Seeking experienced chefs interested in farm-to-table cooking, and looking to join our expanding team.
Aggressive growth opportunities in management are available for the right candidate.
Requirements:
- Reliable, punctual
- Able to communicate effectively with other team members and manage large kitchen crews
- 2 years experience working in a high volume restaurant as a sous chef
- Knowledge of modern kitchens, chef technique, commercial kitchen equipment
- Must have positive attitude, self-motivated, hard working
- Early Morning, midday, late night shift availability

Compensation Details
Compensation: Salary ($67,000.00 - $75,000.00)
