New Restaurant opening General Manager

Van Ness, Washington, DC

Knightsbridge Restaurant Group, owner of  Annabelle, Modena, La Bise, Rasika and others, is seeking a General Manager for the opening of our newest restaurant, Rosedale. Our new General Manager will collaborate directly with the Executive Chef to lead and manage all facets of the operations. The General Manager with continue to build our brand with the best management and staff by constantly imporving our food and service while focusing on our guests and providing unparalled hospitality.

Desired Requirements:

  • The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of progressive management experience in a reputable restaurant or restaurant group
  • Experienced in hiring and training staff
  • Strong financial acumen with the proven ability to oversee cost controls, labor, management and bottom line profitability
  • A positive and self-motivated disposition with a commitment to excellence and team success
  • Knowledge of domestic and international wines
  • Candidate with experience managing a $4M restaurant is a plus
  • Computer literacy with knowledge in managing Point of Sale Systems, Reservation Systems, Restaurant Management Software, HRIS and Recruitment Software
