The Dinex Group is looking for a Tournant who has passion for the hospitality industry with a willingness to learn, mentor, and grow with the company as a leader. The overview of responsibilities and qualifications are below.
The Tournant is responsible for working all the stations in the kitchen.
The Tournant has the skills required to work and oversee all stations in the kitchen and will jump in when help is needed. They should be able to read and follow recipes and standards, train employees, and maintain health department, food quality, and restaurant standards.
The position requires and at least 3 years of kitchen experience, preferably in fine dining environment. A culinary training degree is preferred but not required.
Position requires:
- Full availability - daytime hours, evening hours and weekends
- Drug screening
- Reference check

Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($21.00 - $25.00)
