Restaurant Blanca, is seeking a Sommelier to join our team.
Days of operation Wednesday - Saturday. 

Responsibilities:

• Ability to navigate guests through a multi course counter tasting menu.
• Knowledgeably describe tasting menu and wine pairings.
• Understanding of precision and pacing for conducting elevated service. 
• Participation of curating wine pairing and list with GM. 

Requirements:

• Michelin starred restaurant experience is preferred. 
• Sommelier certification is preferred. 
• Strong knowledge of international cuisine, especially at a fine dining level.
• Articulate communication and guest service skills.
• Previous experience with tasting menus and wine pairings.
