The restaurant presents a focused sushi menu with curated beer pairings highlighting a selection 16 beers, including the New York exclusive Shaved Black Truffle Rice Lager, specialty beers such as the Pressed Asian Pear Saison, and perennial favorites like the Juiced Lychee IPA, Orange Blossom Belgian Blonde and Sour Cherry Berliner Weisse. The beverage program also includes a curated list of wines and cocktails.
Ideal Candidates would have the following prerequisites and characteristics:

- An enthusiastic and outgoing demeanor
- 90% of your time spent on the floor completing tasks your team completes, and 10% of your time spent on admin work
- Flexibility to work in a pooled house
- Ability to work as a team player
- Cleaning, polishing and maintaining plates, silverware, & stemware
- Constantly ensures quality control
- Clearing tables
- Marking tables
- Taking orders
- Maintaining cleanliness of restaurant
- Adheres to company standards and protocols.
- Maintains a safe, healthy, and secure facility by enforcing sanitation standards and procedures, complying with health and legal regulations, and maintaining security systems.
- Addressing any issues in a timely fashion.
- Ensuring full compliance with health department standards at all times.
- Ensure return visitors and foster relationships with regulars through warm hospitality and impeccable service; develop one-on-one rapport with returning guests
Requirements for our team:
- Understanding use of POS system
- Passion for creating memorable moments of hospitality for our guests
- 2-4 years full-service restaurant experience in a front of house position
- 1-2 years in fine dining
- Strong communication skills to build trusting relationships with peers and guests
- The ability to stay positive and calm under pressure
- A strong work ethic and a hunger to learn and grow
- A basic understanding of classic cookery, wine, beer, and cocktails
- Project a professional appearance
- Able to lift up to 40 pounds.
- Must be able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for periods up to 9 (nine) hours in length.
- This position requires weekend availability (THURSDAY through SUNDAY), including days, nights & weekends.
Compensation:
The base pay range for this position is paid a minimum wage and a tip credit is taken when applicable. The determination of what a specific employee in this job classification is paid within the range depends on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, prior employment history/job-related knowledge, qualifications and skills, etc!
