We are seeking a diligent and enthusiastic Prep Cook to join our culinary team. The Prep Cook will assist in the preparation of ingredients, maintain kitchen organization, and support the overall cooking process. This role is essential in ensuring our kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently, contributing to the high-quality dishes our customers expect.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Ingredient Preparation:** Clean, chop, slice, and dice ingredients according to recipes and specifications.
- **Recipe Execution:** Assist in assembling and cooking dishes under the guidance of the head chef or kitchen manager.
- **Kitchen Maintenance:** Maintain cleanliness and organization in all kitchen areas, including refrigerators, prep stations, and storage spaces.
- **Inventory Management:** Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages or discrepancies to kitchen management.
- **Food Safety:** Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines, ensuring proper handling and storage of all food items.
- **Equipment Use:** Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including knives, blenders, mixers, and ovens.
- **Team Collaboration:** Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of all menu items.
- **Customer Interaction:** Occasionally interact with customers, providing information about ingredients or dishes when needed.

- **Experience:** Previous experience in a kitchen or prep cook role required.
