We are searching for servers with natural wine experience to work along side international chefs during their residency program.  This is a tasting menu format with an optional wine pairing.  We also host pop-ups through the year for fun one off projects.  Weekends are a must (Fridays and Saturdays).  Applicants with two years of tableside fine dining serving experience only.  Others will not be considered.
