About Us: We are seeking a passionate and innovative Pizza Chef to join us in our backyard, equipped with a commercial pizza oven. Our goal is to create an exceptional pizza experience for our gatherings, and we need a chef who can craft delicious dough from scratch and experiment with various recipes. If you have a flair for creativity and a deep understanding of dough recipes, we'd love to hear from you. Making cheese is a plus!

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and bake a variety of pizzas using our commercial pizza oven.
• Create dough from scratch, utilizing different recipes and techniques.
• Experiment with and perfect various dough recipes to enhance our pizza offerings.
• Ensure pizzas are cooked to perfection with attention to detail and consistency.
• Collaborate on the creation of unique and creative pizza toppings and combinations.
• Maintain a clean and organized cooking area.
• Manage time effectively to ensure pizzas are ready for serving as scheduled.
• Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Pizza Chef, preferably with experience in using commercial pizza ovens.
• Extensive knowledge of dough recipes and preparation techniques.
• Creativity and willingness to experiment with new recipes and toppings.
• Ability to make cheese from scratch is a significant plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.

Schedule:

• Every Sunday during the summer.
• Additional 4-6 random days as needed.
