Roberta’s is looking for hosts to join our team!  

Roberta’s which opened in 2008, helped pave the way for the boroughs’ food scene, the pizza game, offering Neapolitan style wood-fired pizzas, artfully crafted cocktails and a diverse natural wine program and quickly became a mecca for pizza and culture.  Roberta’s is actively expanding and is looking for talented people to join the family.

The ideal candidate has a genuine passion for welcoming people into our restaurant - and inviting them back!  The ideal candidate is energetic and thrives in a fast-paced service. They are determined to provide guests with a memorable experience. This is an opportunity for someone who wants to learn and grow within Roberta’s while working alongside passionate experts. 

You:

• Create a warm, fun and exciting experience with every guest you interact with 
• Are committed to hospitality
• Provide accurate estimates for wait times with Resy
• Are excellent at multitasking

• Anticipate guest needs in coordination with the rest of the FOH team (overcommunication is best)
• Create strong guest relationships - guest recognition is critical to success
• Assist servers, backwaiters, bartenders and FOH managers as needed on the floor
• Are undaunted by challenging guests and look for ways to make their day
• Have a flexible schedule - Saturday and Sunday availability is a must

Roberta’s Culver City has about 98 seats and a full first-come-first-served bar.  We are open 7 days a week until 10pm.
