Job Details
Monitor the operation to ensure the company standards are maintained.
● Follow guidelines with health, labor, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness.
● Responsible for financial oversight at Soho including cash on hand, payroll, breakage, and sales.
● Maintain appropriate beverage inventory through weekly orders. Use annual budget and previous
years notes to determine inventory amounts.
● Responsible for human resources coordination, including training, onboarding, discipline, accolades,
etc.
● Organize and keep updated all permits and licenses - DOB, DOH, SLA DOC with the Operations
Manager.
● With assistance of the Operations Manager create forecast and payroll budget for FOH staff. Use
annual budget to forecast.
● Be prepared to administer write-ups for employees not acting in accordance with known rules of
conduct. Coordinate with HR.
● Organize monthly staff meetings to ascertain quality and style of management & address needs.
● Responsible for daily money reconciliation when working an AM manager's shift.
● Process Brasserie new hire and termination paperwork for employees with HR.
● Responsible for daily tips and hours reconciliation.
● Manage beverage cost using annual budget. Maintain by completing and updating weekly beverage
costing sheets.
● Make sure all employee side work is complete before administering comps and check-outs.
● Maintain and organize bars and bar equipment.
● Create and update the restaurant fact sheet.
● Maintain and manage the key box.
● Create weekly financial review and sales reports for managers meetings.
● Responsible for daily money reconciliation when working an AM manager's shift.
● Manage the maintenance of BOH. Inspect work for completeness including all kitchen equipment -
refrigeration, ventilation, hood cleaning, plumbing with operations manager..
● Logs all FOH Daily tips and prints Toast tips report to match.
● Be prepared to administer write-ups for employees not acting in accordance with known rules of
conduct. Coordinate with HR. Make sure all employee side work is complete before administering
comps and check-outs.

FOH & Floor Tasks:
● Work the floor and communicate with the guest and team on a continuous basis throughout service.
● Complete manager notes daily
● Monitor staff to ensure that company standards are maintained for service and food knowledge.
● Oversee staff are following guidelines with health, labor safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness.
● Oversee service training, staff training and the development of training programs.
● Be prepared to administer write-ups for employees not acting in accordance with known rules
of conduct. Coordinate with HR and GM
● Make sure all employee side work is complete before administering comps and check outs.
● Monitor all beverage service for company standards in the cafe
● Schedules ongoing staff education training. Schedules quarterly testing relating beverage fior FOH
staff
● Do comps and voids as needed
● Make sure catering orders are sent out in a timely manner
● Understand the flow of business and make cuts when necessary
● Look ahead at the next days schedule and make sure it's set up for success
● Responsible for daily money reconciliation when working an AM manager shift.
● Responsible for daily tips and hours reconciliation.
● Make sure correct playlist is playing and lighting is properly set for the time of day
Admin:
● Suggested FOH schedule and submit to the General Manager for approval by Wednsdays
● With the assistance of the General Manager create forecast and payroll budget for FOH staff. Use
the annual budget to forecast.
● Create weekly financial reviews and sales reports for managers meetings.
● Order and maintain office supplies with the assistance of the reservations team
● Complete staff evaluations with the General Manager

● Update and maintain all menus for the venue on a weekly basis
● Make sure all new hires are fully onboarded before starting their first day
● Fill out a google sheet termination form when employees are let go

Compensation Details

Compensation: Salary ($65,000.00 - $75,000.00)
