Updating classical French cuisine with charm and verve, Rose shrinks the intercontinental divide separating the City of Light and the Big Apple, proving that the true essence of fine French dining can thrive in any time zone.

Now Hiring: A Captain with a passion for service and hospitality to join our Lunch Service Team!

This position offers a comprehensive package including:

An Hourly Rate of $10.65 + tips

Qualifications:

Ability to multi-task myriad floor responsibilities - including table marking, proper wine glass placement & general table maintenance and leading the team through service
Ability to speak confidently about menu items and offer guidance in the selection of menu items and beverages
Advanced understanding of wine and cocktails preferred
2-3 years of experience in Michelin Star or NYT 2 to 4-star restaurants preferred

Compensation: Hourly ($10.65) plus tips
