**Job Title: Chef de Cuisine/BOH Operations Manager**

**Position Overview:**

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced CDC/BOH Operations Manager to join our team. This role is an exciting opportunity to be part of a high-energy, creative environment where culinary excellence is at the forefront. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food, have a keen eye for detail, and possess strong leadership skills to manage our busy kitchen operations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

**Kitchen Operations Management:**

- Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation.

- Manage kitchen staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.

- Maintain inventory levels, order supplies, and manage food costs to optimize profitability.

- Monitor kitchen equipment and schedule maintenance as needed.

- Handle administrative tasks such as record-keeping and reporting.

**Health and Safety Compliance:**

- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, including sanitation standards.

- Implement and enforce food safety practices to maintain a clean and safe working environment.

**Menu Development:**

- Collaborate with the executive chef to develop and implement new menu items.

- Continuously innovate and refine menu offerings to meet customer preferences and trends.

**Team Leadership:**

- Foster a positive and productive work environment, encouraging teamwork and professional growth.

- Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for kitchen staff.

- Lead by example, maintaining a high level of professionalism and enthusiasm.

**Customer Experience:**

- Ensure that all food served meets our high standards of taste, quality, and presentation.

- Work closely with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience as a CDC/BOH Operations Manager or similar role in a high-volume restaurant.

- Strong understanding of food safety practices and kitchen operations.

- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

- Ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred.

- Spanish language skills are a huge plus.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
