Primary responsibilities include oversees and coordinates the planning, organization, training necessary to achieve the restaurant’s objectives in costs, employee retention, service and guest satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness, and sanitation and along with the Executive Chef is responsible to Company management for the overall success of the operations. Maintains the highest standards of excellence in professionalism and leadership, exhibiting exceptional self-awareness and precision in all interactions, consistent adherence to Company rules, displaying the hallmarks of self-confidence and personal discipline.
Basic Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of General Management experience in an upscale or fine dining restaurant
- Confident financial acumen, having the ability to read and interpret financial statements
- Finding solutions to any issues that arise and having excellent project execution
- Must be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
- Professional appearance and grooming standards appropriate for a premier fine dining restaurant
- Full time flexibility and availability to work
