Dudley Market is seeking passionate and talented prep & line cooks to join our amazing team. 

We are a seafood restaurant in a constant pursuit of sustainable and traceable seafood. We take it a step further and operate a fleet of our own. We have full control of our product from the water to the plate. After five years, We are entering a new era of Dudley Market with a team that feels like family and guest enjoying a heavy handed pour from the same folks who caught your fish, there is always magic in the air. Dudley’s mission is to showcase the fisherman & producers that seek to elevate the standard and change the way of how we consume food. Dudley’s menu will highlight the very best of Socal seafood & vegetables.

Who we are looking for:
-Our ideal candidate will be hospitality-focused with a background in kitchens. 

-They will be dependable, motivated to learn, committed to working as a team, and have great communication skills. 

-Experience working with fish, both raw and cooked preparations 

-Interested in Fish Cookery, Fish Butchery, Knowledge of Oysters and looking to further expand knowledge in BOH operations

-A minimum of two years of kitchen experience is required for this position.  

Compensation & Benefits:

-$18-$20/hr base pay + tips. Our Boh team brings in $80-$130 in tips per day.  

-Daily staff meal 

-Work right next to the beach!

-Monday and Tuesdays off
