Responsibilities:

• Bussing Tables: Efficiently clear and reset tables, ensuring a spotless and inviting dining area for incoming guests.
• Supporting Servers: Assist servers with tasks such as refilling water, delivering bread, and attending to guest needs promptly.
• Barback Duties: Support bartenders by restocking supplies, preparing garnishes, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
• Assisting the Kitchen: Provide support to the kitchen team when they have needs or call for extra hands, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• All-Around Support: Be available to assist any staff member or customer as needed, treating each request as if it were from your dedicated guest.
• Maintaining Cleanliness: Ensure that all areas, including dining and bar spaces, are kept clean and orderly, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Assisting with Set-Up and Breakdown: Help with the setup and breakdown of the dining and bar areas for different service periods and special events.
• Continuous Learning: Stay informed about our menu offerings, including drinks and food pairings, to better assist servers and bartenders.
