Job Details

We are seeking individuals who have solid experience as a Pastry Cook in a luxury hotel/restaurant environment.

The role


Preparing Pastry Items:

  • Follow production schedules and banquet event orders.
  • Maintain consistent quality by adhering to recipe cards.
  • Ensure proper portion sizes and presentation standards.

Mise en Place and Set-Up:

  • Set up the pastry station for breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner service.
  • Organize ingredients and equipment for efficient workflow.

Inventory Management:

  • Check pars (inventory levels) for shift use.
  • Determine necessary preparation based on available stock.
  • Note any out-of-stock items or shortages.

Skills Required:

  • Clean and efficient work habits.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Passion for service.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Team player with integrity and work ethic.
